1. Booking & Payment
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• Prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
• No-shows will not be refunded.
• If a tour is canceled by us due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Changes & Rescheduling
• Customers may request to reschedule their trip at least 24 hours before departure, subject to availability.
• Changes made less than 24 hours before departure may not be accommodated.

4. Travel Insurance & Liability
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
• By booking, customers acknowledge that participation in activities may involve some risks, and we are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.

5. Health & Safety
• Customers must disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect their participation.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs or anyone who poses a risk to themselves or others.

6. Special Requirements
• Please notify us in advance if you have dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, or other special requests.

7. Customer Conduct
• Respectful behavior toward staff, guides, and fellow travelers is expected. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the activity without a refund.

8. Force Majeure
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or transport disruptions.
